Securing Your Time

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation. This deposit will be credited toward your total appointment fee on the day.

Cancellations & Changes

We value our patients' time and our clinical schedule. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.
