By covering the foundations of perimenopause and menopause before we meet, we ensure your 1-hour consultation is entirely focused on you. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how hormonal shifts affect your body and mind, both now and for your long-term longevity. Best of all, this resource is yours to keep and refer back to whenever you need.
Ongoing Support & Optimisation
Your journey doesn't end with a prescription. We schedule a follow-up review (typically at 6–12 weeks) to monitor your progress, review blood results, and fine-tune your treatment plan. This is your dedicated time to ask questions and ensure your therapy is optimised for your lifestyle.

With a specialist Medicare rebate of $202.65, your actual out-of-pocket cost is $249.45. We believe this is an affordable way to access dedicated, expert care tailored specifically to your journey. You aren't just booking a doctor's visit; you are prioritising your future self—and you’re worth it!
Important Appointment Information
A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your appointment fee. Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours notice, or non‑attendance, will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
Short doctor appointments are available for exisiting patients, with brief queries or clarifications and attract a gap fee. Nurse‑led education appointments (no prescribing) are available for women seeking menopause education and support. Click here for more details and for the extended price list
Requests for scripts outside of booked appointments are assessed at the doctor’s discretion and will incur a script fee. Medicare rebates may apply to eligible consultations depending on individual circumstances.
